Iโve been doing a ton of aerobic conditioning latelyโฆ Working out the strength, stability and mobility to get back into Calisthenics. For my HIIT training at maximum effort you just have to remind yourself, pain is simply excuses, leaving the body.

People donโt realize that Myofibrillar Hypertrophy has 10 X gains for health, life extension and mental acuity then Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy. The thing that really killed me today was chair pose balanced on a Bosu while throwing a 20 kg medicine ball up to destabilize. ๐ฅต
