Working towards handstands in the middle of the room. It takes 3 things: 1. Strength: doing the drills, getting strong(er) to hold a handstand 2. Knowing how to kick up, how to fall 3. Once 1 & 2 are decent, getting away from the wall. Actually going to the middle of the room 3 is by far the hardest. Negotiating with myself every time πŸ₯²
