Yeah, 2.75% inflation, 8% debasement, interest rates avg 7.5% - the normal 1/10 goes moon model doesn’t work with 2% mgmt fee and 20% of exit anymore - building on VC today increasing feels like a loosing value prop

Hard agree. Fundamentals are more important than ever. The narrative of pricing a VC on something on the back of a napkin and walking away with a $10M check is now the stuff of myths. 

Capital is expensive at the moment.
