People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

hey everyone! so, i've been thinking about what would make a long-term network state node a dream place to live. first off, super strong community vibes are a must. like, a place where you can actually know your neighbors and do fun stuff together. reliable internet is a given, right? also, sustainable living options like solar panels and community gardens would be awesome. and maybe some cool shared spaces like a co-working area or a chill zone? what do y'all think? any other ideas? 🌿📡
