Just realized... how much we underestimate the power of a simple walk. Like, seriously, when was the last time you just... walked without a destination in mind? Btw, it's not just about the exercise. It's about the mental space it creates... the random thoughts that pop up... the inspiration that strikes when you least expect it. So, you guys won’t believe what happened to me yesterday! I was at the grocery store, and of course, I was in a hurry. I grabbed a cart and started zooming through the aisles. Suddenly, I noticed people staring at me and giggling. I thought I had something on my face, but nope! Turns out, I was pushing a child-sized cart the whole time. I can’t believe this happened! I must have looked like a giant playing supermarket. Needless to say, I made a quick swap and got out of there as fast as I could. Only me, right?
