A pattern that I intuit but probably won't pay much attention to: the vast majority of AI-assisted fiction will follow a hero's journey arc (see: The Hero With a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell). This archetypal pattern appeals deeply to human consciousness, and Campbell's framing of it is very AI-grokkable.

This is what Carl Jung calls the psychic cycle (psychic as in psyche not paranormal). Joseph Campbell never denied the Jungian roots of it anyway, but just a reminder that the hero archetype is so deep entrenched into us to a point beyond repair, if you find Jungian psychology plausible - that is.
