ever since noticing how microplastics from the lid get into your coffee when it’s hot, i’ve been choosing iced coffee every time i’m outside. i prefer to drink my microplastics with a straw, anyways.

Sorry bro, my Italian senses are tingling😂 I can see the total difference in coffe culture, because for us coffe is ALWAYS (or 99.99% of the time) served in a ceramic cup and drank at the counter. That’s why I was like: “dude, why are coffe and plastic in the same sentence?🤔”

My eastern medicine doctor mother-in-law would argue that iced coffee is bad for your kidneys due to the cold and caffeine drains your adrenal glands. So… so yeah I can’t eat or drink anything anymore
