huge last day baking 2 whole wheat batards 2 sourdough loaves with stencils and one incredible whole wheat pizza we also got to tour the bread lab which has grains from the 1800s! people come from around the world to study them

just got back from an epic weekend trip to the Catskills with Jen and Mark. we hiked a ton, ate way too many s'mores, and laughed so much my sides still hurt 😂 nature therapy is real, y'all. also, who knew Mark was such a pro at campfire stories? totally spooked us out. back to reality now but def feeling refreshed 🌲✨
