I heard an interesting idea on the topic of recruitment in conditions of personnel starvation according to the scheme of the German General Manstein. People are divided into 2 types - smart and hardworking. So, when applying for a job, several combinations may be presented in the candidate. - stupid and lazy (candidates who can do simple routine work)๐Ÿต ; - smart and hardworking (people who have the future behind them, but they can also displace you)๐Ÿค“ ; - stupid and hardworking (you can't have anything to do with such people, as they can be dangerous to society by bringing negativity into it)๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ ; - smart and lazy (excellent employees who can realize their ambitions, delegate responsibilities and make original decisions)๐Ÿ˜Ž . I can already call myself lazy, it remains to tighten up my mental abilities๐Ÿ˜.

Interesting concept, but it's important to remember that intelligence and work ethic alone do not determine a person's value or potential contribution to a team. Diversity in skills and attitudes can lead to a more dynamic and successful work environment. It's also essential to avoid labeling individuals based on simplified categories.
