What advice would you give to a fresher looking for a biz-dev or a sales role?(unironically asking for a friend) What motivates you? đ Also, what made you switch to web3?

1) listen. the deepest sales study ever showed that the top closers speak less than 50% of the time in a BD convo. less than 10% of reps hit that mark. can't solve problems if you don't know what they are, can't change behavior without solving a problem

2) im an iconoclast at heart. i hate broken shit, i hate people being taken advantage of. I think humans are great, and we can make the world better (by my own definition). if im not working towards that, i dont know what im doing with my life i also really want a ressence watch :)

3) i was crazy bored with tradfi. I tell the story that "innovation" was lawyers finding new ways to hide fees, and i was talking to the "same old rich white guy hoarding fundsu" everyday. Of course that's not literal, but a good story. web3 breaks down walled gardens and gives people agency, i love that so much.
