Finished reading the network states. 

I like the general ideas presented by Balaji though i do have a few concerns and questions. i am not fully sold on idea of network states but i really like the idea of network unions and network archipelagos. I feel like certain hypersubs have lot of qualities of a network union.

For example, @yb's terminally onchain hypersub is pretty close. 
it has-  a purpose('The goal is for Terminally Onchain to be a no brainer launchpad for creators & founders in the space.'), a leader, a network dashboard(https://dune.com/yesyes/terminally-onchain),it has irl token-gated events(the farcon pizza party)
