Why should a writer care how good a random company’s AI is at writing? Why would they want to help?

pg's essays >>>> pg's tweets I don't think that he thinks a lot before tweeting anything. i agree with you, this tweet makes little sense. I feel like a lot of tech people are so cut off from the world of artists/normal people that they're unable to understand why someone would do something that doesn't benefit AI in the long term. I am guessing he assumes that everyone should view AI as a positive.
