Sometimes I get so jealous men can bag hotties with a head like this. Like guys, nothing matters for you appearance-wise. Look at this Meanwhile I have to expend a lot of effort performing femininity and actually suffer bc I’m bad at it. Annoying 😂

This post is funny to me because people in the manosphere say the exact opposite. They say that men have low standards these days and that a 8/10 man has to settle for a 4/10 woman. They also post pictures of "'ugly"" women with hot boyfriends claiming that that is the norm. How men have to work hard, have a successful career, have 6 pack, be very capable,etc. in order just get a chance in today's dating environment. They mention how women are hypergamous. They link to experiments showing how an unsuccessful tall guy is likely to be chosen as a partner over a very successful short one. Ofcourse, this isnt true but I don't think your post is correct either. Both come from the same place. people prefer to seek out content that conforms with their own pre-existing ideas. This is why both parties use random outlier cases to make their point as opposed to strong general data(which is hard to exist,because attractiveness is heavily subjective).The simple truth is that different people have different choices

I mean don’t lump me in with all that whoa whoa whoa now I didn’t say all that, you’re projecting. I simply said that I get dinged in life for not performing femininity that well, which is definitely true. But is not some huge blocker on me

I mean you did literally say that you get jealous and that nothing matters for men appearance wise. But I get now that you were being hyperbolic. Not projecting lol. Just think that this blackpill way of thinking is not good(either way, not just for women). And I see too many men falling for it these days.

Well yes I do get jealous, and i think that’s normal. There is a lot of cost involved especially men do not pay Do most men wear makeup? Nails? There are so many things. Skincare to its credit more egalitarian The worst one for me is hair. Styling hair can take a long time and it’s a skill. Have had more men than I can count ask me why don’t I wear my hair down more often and I would be prettier etc. Because it’s an extra 30min I get back in the morning bro! And then I get to luxuriate in the fact they think my look is suboptimal….. sigh. So much $$ and time on that for what. It’s not an unreasonable impulse and I stand by it
