Someone build this. After vising United Kingdom, France and immediately noticing the difference in quality of available food compared to the states (with the State's food incredibly fake, plastic and blah), I want our new tech and awareness of health to bring this about.

Margins on real food and ingredients make it tough imo… there have been a few small attempts here in NE over the years, and you have sweet greens etc. as fast casual @mooneymillions So much of fast food it built upon cheap ingredients that have decent shelf life - and subsidized through commodity payments etc - chicken beef etc.

This is one of the many reasons we're moving back to Europe very soon. Just the very fact of living over there will basically instantly make us healthier b/c of the food systems
