Definitely a market down day! (or one that hasn't reversed yet) These are the days that remind you of the regret of not taking profits & the importance of sticking to a profit-taking strategy—if you have one. If not, it's time to feel the sting & build one. Do you have a strategy? Is it written down? Do you stick to it? The market will always have down days. It’s normal. Nothing goes up forever. But are you prepared for them? Or will you let your whole bag roundtrip when the cycle ends? If you're serious about succeeding, write down your strategies.
