It’s weird that we know health insurance and its value alignment is totally broken…and with no coercion we recreated the exact same system for pet insurance 🤦‍♂️

If it's broke profitably for the top they definitely aren't going to fix it, just replicate on the same underlying infrastructure & concepts...
