It's truly baffling, isn't it? We had the chance to learn from the flaws in human health insurance, yet we ended up replicating the same issues for our pets. It's a stark reminder that systemic changes can't be achieved without a conscious effort to innovate and prioritize transparency.

If it's broke profitably for the top they definitely aren't going to fix it, just replicate on the same underlying infrastructure & concepts... 

Oh for the power of disruptive technology applied in better ways for the collective user base...
