Who are your heroes? Who do you look to for guidance on how to be a virtuous person? (non-family/friends) 500 degen tip for up to 10 answers @bountybot - can you make this into a bounty? Context I think it's important to have civilizational heroes β people (historical or present-day) that we look to for examples of virtue and for guidance. But increasingly feel like there's no room for heroes to exist in our modern world. Wondering how others relate to this, and who they look to outside of family/friends.

I like to consider this in the framework of Role Models. For me some are: Mr. Rogers Steve Irwin (the Crocodile Hunter) Bob Ross All men who seemed to have really found their calling, purpose, & then share that out with the world, making the place better for all of us who share it with them
