Brooooo I couldn’t do it, just because I love coffee, if I wanted to quit caffeine I would just drink decaf coffee lol

Yeah I wish I could do that! Going to up the yerba mate content again soon lol Have to basically have no coffee b/c of a type 2 allergic reaction to the coffee itself (not the caffeine), which means it's not like a type 1 where you just get allergic, hives, blah blah, but after 2-3 days you can have a lot more inflammation and other things happening at a lower key background way

I can thankfully, and have been hitting the matcha around here while I wait to find/source some loose yerba mate to add back into the routine. Back in Europe and travelling in diff countries always makes it a bit trickier as I don't have my usual suppliers figured out. Actually a large yerba mate culture in Poland so you can find it in some grocery stores & many natural foods stores. In Germany and Switzerland more often as a RTD (Ready To Drink) can or bottle with sugar added etc. France is more like a yerba mate waste land most of the time lol
