Cheaper, Faster or Better than web2 social?

I had an answer that I thought was compelling, but his follow up questions were challenging.

I agree re twitter, was thinking more about friend graphs in Facebook. 

CA was such a big scandal but web3 social is about doing exactly that.

Two lines of thinking:
1. Users don’t have as much privacy on Twitter as they think — DMs aren’t E2EE, private followers get infiltrated all the time
2. Privacy can be cryptographically enforced - E2EE doesn’t apply to just DMs, group E2EE exists — but the typical use case (public broadcast) doesn’t need th
