how often do you write vs code? what do you like / dislike about both?

And is there something in your thought process you think is similar across both?

I think it depends - at Google as an IC I coded 80% of the time, then I became a manager and stopped coding and wrote heavily (mainly design docs & other technical strategy docs).

At Paragraph, I generally code much more, but it depends on what stage I'm at in a given project (at the start, I write much more)
