Consciously and deliberately building strong habits can help carry you through the times that you don’t feel like doing “it”. What about you?

I'm not a big fan of routines, but there are two that I don't miss even if I'm bleeding to death. * The first is a nice walk with my dog before breakfast. The rest I share with my partner, but the first one is mine. Walking and having the sun on my face is much better than a cup of coffee. In my good friend's 12 years I haven't missed once, not even when I had covid for the first time and I was burning at 39ºC. * The second is to read for a while every day (a book), which I have rarely missed in decades.
