I think I have heat exhaustion

Be careful! Try putting a cold water bottle between your bare thighs and on the back of your neck.

A lot of blood flows through both of those spots, that's what the paramedics had me do when I had heat stroke in Death Valley.

And alternate water, gaterade, water, gaterade and keep drinking
