tensed about the comms part, as none of the google services or western tech products work there.

been recommended to buy a chinese sim and use a vpn, for safety i am gonna carry an android phone too.

i would highly encourage to spend 1 week or a month if possible there.

there is so much ground to cover that even 1 month wouldn’t suffice.
