ready to get your heart pumping? today’s warpcast workout is a 💥quick cardio HIIT💥 structure: • 5 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 20 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. high knees 2. chair dips 3. walk to pushup ( or regular pushups ) 4. jumping jacks 5. bear hold take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - medium let me know if you have any questions or workout requests and please let me know how you find it ↑

Yes this one is a medium intensity! my heart rate was pretty high afterwards especially with the walk to push ups. love the determination I’m sure you will!!!
