Would be great to have some sort of no-code or low-code tool for creating frames with EAS attestations.

Would love to hear how this would technically work. My vague understanding is that frames do not have access to your private keys, which you need to attest. There are some security considerations I guess and you would need to trust the frame server with your keys.

What I have seen people do so far is that it is an offchain attestation (no need for gas), and I think they are having a smart contract do the attestation, but it is “to” the wallet associate with your Farcaster account. An example:
