Yeah because Stripe is a payment provider. Payments are about 2% of global GDP last time I checked. Solana can have that.

Ethereum is going after a larger pie, which is literally everything else.

It *could* be an acknowledgment that Ethereum maintains almost all liquidity but with an eye to the future on speed

I believe Stripe also has a preference on Solana to some degree
