Recommendations on a home office chair? Ideally looking for something ergonomic and very high quality.

All this chair stuff for working is completely backwards. I never owned a single chair for my desk. 

Try a gymnastic ball to sit on and get a standing desk if you can.

You shouldn't sit leaning back. Use your muscles and stay healthy.
