Anyone here working on muscle ups?

@xenbh.eth been doing muscle ups for a while now. It requires a baseline of strength (I’d say about 15 clean pull-ups) but it’s mostly a matter of coordination. Don’t kip and swing— it’s stupid— but work on bringing your knees to your chest as you do pull-ups. That momentum will help you get up and over.

Absolutely. I hope it helps. Another thing I thought about is doing pull-ups where you’re not pulling up but you’re almost pulling up and out so at the top your shoulders will be further from the bar than a normal pull-up. Works different muscles and helps with the transition to muscle ups’ I hope this helps :)
