Your portfolio positioning is everything during weeks like this. If you are poorly positioned: SURVIVE. If you are well positioned: HOLD. If you are god positioned: BUY 1. Poorly positioned - you're poorly positioned if you have trades on margin, high interest debt (e.g. credit card), in over your head & unable to afford real world life expenses, don't have spousal buy-in on your risk, overly allocated relative to your padding (e.g no emergency cash fund), in too many speculative crypto assets that won't make it through this carnage (e.g. memecoins). 2. Well positioned - no margin trades, only have "good debt" (e.g. mortgage), able to pay real world life expenses if crypto drops to 0, have an emergency fund & spousal buy-in, allocated to crypto bluechips that are going to make it. 3. God positioned - everything in #2 plus a sizeable portfolio of cash to buy into this carnage (10-20% of net worth). If you were poorly positioned going into this don't despair - we all start here. This is how you earn it.
