maybe set a limit to 2 casts from the same account?

Yes, will work to remove the farming. Don't want to limit people though. Want those who want to share quality ideas to engage regularly. We'll see how bad it gets.

I think moderators should judge from various aspects, such as effort and quality of their content.
I see a lot of creative ideas that they provide, but there are also quite a few farmers who try to make as many casts as possible.
