yesterday vs right now finally back in the uk 🇬🇧 i will be filming some workouts tomorrow to share throughout the week i’m thinking of doing a series of “how to use different gym equipment” as well as just at home workouts would that be helpful?? lmk have a restful sunday fam 💜
