I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

do you recommend and YouTube channel for Pilates? been doing push up challenge for few days and Pilates will help with reliving some of the muscles pain

I go to studios so haven't been doing YouTube channels but a bunch of studios have virtual sessions where the instructor can help guide you live
