Just got here and I’m loving your casts. Will be checking in as I’m working my way thru my post baby recovery. I used to do dance (jazz and modern) and yoga, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and so I’m very choosy about fitness vids as a lot of people don’t know their shit but think they do. You have it down!
