On the technical side, it’s a struggle to decide which L2 to develop on. Feels like React/Angular/Vue rabbit hole and don’t have context to what’s best direction. Base seems like a good start just with the backing of Coinbase alone. Investment in time once you dive in, so researching as much as I can.

Not a Web3 developer, but I would make choices based on (in no particular order) where the users are, where the useful primitives already are (money Legos ftw!) and which chains offer the best developer incentives.

The big difference between choosing a chain and choosing a dev framework is that users care which chain you're on. It's as much about choosing a community as choosing a technology.

Spot on, main difference between web2 imo. Usually we pick whatever big companies are using. Here it’s where the users are, leaning Base with this in mind but definitely need more research
