Is there something broken on the notifications ? I was mentioned here (https://warpcast.com/chaim.eth/0xbb32fe6f) but I never got any notification of that.

Sometimes these get buried in the mentions tab!

That definitely sounds like a bug. Are you not receiving any mention notifications or just this one seems to have been skipped?
