brother… 1 thing I dreaded about BS web2 companies and their offerings - a focus ONLY on user acquisition. I don’t know if it makes sense financially, but don’t forget your OGs, early users and those sending payments monthly for a long time. new users come and go, loyal users are here all the time.

it’s a benefit you offered to ppl you don’t know BEFORE offering anything to the ppl who support you. I’m not saying not to do it, it’s a must for growth - just make sure you don’t end up like any lame telecom company, doing user acq at the expense of your current user base. ps I mean, that’s something I’d do coz I noticed it happening many times - and the result is not pretty. In NFTs, the strongest communities were formed around the teams/projects that catered to their existing community.
