many founders stop writing the monthly updates when the growth stalls and things are less exciting big mistake maybe it feels like there is not much to update on and no one will read it, but your future self and your future partners will be grateful for documenting on the thought process, stats and plans write the update

once a month should be enough tbh to track progress and for later stages of the product I was thinking more from the product/design side which is faster was used to giving significant update to each client once a week on a call: could be a branding draft, MVP, or 1-3 website pages done and a smaller daily progress update in between those with updated planning as well
