It’s complicated. There are a couple paths: - tokens: the crypto exchange license path is common for many marketplaces and wallets - NFTs trading: usually prohibited unless you use I.A.P. - protocol: like Uniswap argued, you can say you’re only “signing” txs and do not actually perform money custody/transfers

just trial and error, even for regular apps it can take up to 3 months if you're unlucky the joys of centralization
