+++ i think the idea of playing w what the treasury means is worth exploring. - what does nouns look like w/o a treasury? - what is nouns if the treasury is not a treasury by any traditional definition?

streaming might directionally be better. allow the capture of a portion of the treasury vs the entire pot. opens its own can of worms but at least cultural centers can move in their own direction without harming the other. a fork in the abstract
