Need realistic tips for founder & single parent for getting enough sleep. Problem is falling asleep I normally sleep 6ish hours, the past 5 days around 5, this night 4.5. For sure gonna try to take a nap.

10-20mg cbd + 10-20mg thc right before bed. Look for a 1:1 cbd:thc ratio tincture.

Interesting. Smoked way too much in my youth so would have to look for it in a non-smoking medium

Tincture. Rosette Wellness has the best of what you need. The cbd content buffers the thc to some extent. Start small and increase the dose gradually till you find your sweet spot. If you don’t overdo it you shouldn’t wake up in the morning feeling stoned.

Their “No. 1” tincture is balanced like I described. They have other formulations with different ratios but this should help you get to sleep
