The WSJ does a good job here of breaking down the claims against Walz's military career. That ruling covers free speech, not fraud. Is it criminal to say you’re a Navy Seal drunk at a bar? No, you have a right to free speech. Can you falsely represent your rank seeking political office? No, it’s fraud…criminal and you can be fined or imprisoned.
