is there a standard or anything else in flight for how others can follow your footsteps here? something like eip 1193 or 6963 but for web wallets? if so we'd love to contribute to it if possible

yeah partially, also a way for the long-tail of web wallets to avoid having to get their plaque on the door, so to speak (imagining an iface like plaid's where users can type to filter down from many future providers; something that kind of replaces WC to give dapps the ability to connect directly, like yall have done)
