So much “it depends.” It’s really a question of expectation management and lowering cognitive load. Passkeys are better than what we have. Tracking keys and accounts mentally tho can be confusing. If you are going to blur the lines between the exchange and the wallet then key working in both places makes sense.

I think from within a trusted local client that carries a second key (2/3) to also sign. Crucially, setting the various tx classes that the SCW could sign for to limit types of risk is top of mind for me

Voted but for people here: feature! UX win due to one less time setting up a passkey Perception win as it then feels like Coinbase is a singular product regardless of onchain or off chain Security isn’t weakened because with iCloud and most pwd providers, all keys are backed up in a singular encrypted key bag
