That is absolutely insane! Legendary effort! Did a 10k + a day challenge in the hills of Yorkshire, January a couple of years back. By Feb 1st thought I might never walk again let alone run. It's not the up that kills you it's the down. Would love to run up Scaffel pike one day.

300km is a massive month! Do you know what the total elevation gain was over the month? Scaffel pike looks beautiful, how long is that route?

Scaffel is amazing. From Wasdale head a 9km round trip from the car park. 900m elevation. Lovely pub for a bite to eat and the views just get better and better. Walked it a few years ago. Highly rec. Would love to do Snowden and Ben Nevis. Like a 3 day event or something that would be ace!

For a distance of 410km for the month with varying routes to avoid boredom just under 8000m w. A major route being ridge - down - valley - up - ridge and back with about 300m elevation.
