e.g. 90% of voters say it’s spam. Maybe a neutral arbiter can overrule The nice part about spam is that whether something is spam is social consensus. There may not be overwhelming consensus on tip bots, so you wouldn’t want to capture that, but there is overwhelming consensus on GPT bots
