I have a q: how does time play into the warpcast algorithm? Are there any parameters that are time related?

unfortunately don't have an answer to your q other than anecdotally it feels like it takes a couple mins for it to sync and the first people to see 
also feels like you can see when people wake up because the reactions come in waves

Haha definitely. I was wondering if there was something around time being local and not timezone based because I see stuff that's at a weird offset of 12-22 hours a lot
