There are too many announcements because the flow is wrong:

> Kebab 
> Pin cast 
> "Would you like to notify all channel followers about this cast?"
> [Don't notify] [Notify]
> Cast pinned

Simple fix:

> Kebab > Pin cast > Cast pinned 

THEN you can tap the already pinned cast and make it an announcement

could work and i think it's definitely a better flow (based on the current 'abuse)

but i think the reality is that people click notify cos they're farming engagement for moxie emissions and not as an accident of the flow design
