i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

A FAN! Or like a noisemaker machine. I know I’m not the only one who can’t fall asleep in a quiet room 😂

hahaha! i love a quiet room, or if i hear raining outside😌 but i might need a fan now that @keccers.eth has informed me a cooler room is better for sleep!
