You should really try this egg fried rice recipe it always does it for me. Ingredients are: - 2 cups cooked jasmine rice or any rice you can find - 1 green onion, finely chopped - 2.5 tablespoons regular soy sauce (not dark soy sauce) - Ā½ tablespoon sesame oil - 4 large eggs, beaten - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or any neutral oil) Instructions: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok (let the oil smoke if using a wok; skip smoking if using a regular pan). 2. Pour in the beaten eggs and quickly stir-fry until they take shape but are still moist. 3. Add the rice and break apart any clumps. 4. Push everything to the side of the pan, add the remaining oil, and mix in the green onions. 5. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil along the edges of the pan and toss until the rice is evenly colored brown. 6. Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy!
